GORDON RAMSEY returns for food in new season of UNCHARTED
Gordon Ramsay is back, foraging for food and facing dangerous conditions around the world in pursuit of culinary excellence in season three of GORDON RAMSAY: UNCHARTED.
National Geographic Food Expedition Series to premiere June 1 at 8:30 p.m. AEST, broadcast worldwide in 172 countries and 43 languages. The multi-star Michelin chef and Ironman athlete wraps this season as he delivers another thrilling adventure, exploring world cultures through food.

This coming season, Ramsay hits the road and weaves his way through Portugal, Croatia, Mexico, Texas, Maine, Puerto Rico, Iceland and America’s Smoky Mountains, exiting the grid and coming out of the recipe to explore global cuisines and unique culinary customs. He raises cattle on horseback using a helicopter and hunts the poisonous rattlesnake in the backcountry of Texas.
He braves the gigantic waves for the cool barnacles that cling to the rocky Portuguese coast and struggles to keep up with a team of lobster fishermen off the rough waters of Maine. He fights for oxygen while snorkeling for local mollusks in Croatia and rappels down a treacherous waterfall and kayaking through raging rapids deep in the Smoky Mountains of the United States. .
Under the guidance of local experts and culinary legends he meets along the way, Ramsay participates in culinary customs and discovers the delicious specialties and fresh flavors unique to each region. Every ingredient he harvests, the dish he tastes and the person he meets inspires him to create a recipe from the ground up to represent the heart of this culture. Each episode ends with Ramsay challenging himself to one last big meal with a local cuisine legend by his side, as they cook a meal together for the locals he has met on his journey.
